SHIPPING DELIVERY

  • Flat rate shipping of RM8 (SM) and RM15 (SS) with no maximum purchase. Save more when you shop more!
  • Tracking numbers will be provided via email.
  • All orders will be processed within 1-2 working day(s) of receiving payment and will be shipped to their respective destinations within 1-5 working day(s) (1-7 working day(s) for East Malaysia).
  • Please note that Waarna is not responsible for any delays, however, if your parcel fails to be delivered within seven days of receiving your notification e-mail, please contact our customer service at ask@waarna.com.my.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • We also ship to Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, Australia, UK, and Japan.
  • All orders will be processed within 1 – 2 working day(s) of receiving payment.
  • Estimated time for delivery may vary according to country, within 3 – 6 working days for Singapore, Brunei and Indonesia or within 5 – 10 working days for other countries.
  • Kindly be informed that processing orders may take times in the middle of sales and promotions. Kindly allow 2 – 3 working days for orders to be ready for delivery.
  • Tracking numbers will be provided via email.
