Return & Exchange Policy
EXCHANGE
- In regards to defective or wrong orders, you may return the item(s) to us for exchange.
- Kindly contact our customer service at ask@waarna.com.my or give us a ring at +60355244148 to indicate the collection/ design /colour for exchange.
- No refund is allowed, however, a refund will be offered if the item requested for exchange is not available in stock.
- Exchange is allowed only for defective item or error coming from us. No exchange of colours is allowed once you have placed order and payment has been made.
- All item(s) must be returned in unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unironed condition – with all tags attached.
- Returns must be shipped within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
- Please take note that all shipping and handling charges involving returned & exchanged items are borne by customers. You may ship the item(s) to:
